Five trans masculine individuals were asked to share their stories of struggle, accomplishment, inequality, and what life as a trans person is like. The stories are shared through pictures taken from each individual's perspective, and a description is attached to explain how this impacts the individual's life. Key Terms
Trans: This is an umbrella term used to describe people who identify as transgender, transexual or gender queer.
Cisgender: A person who identifies with the sex/gender prescribed at birth.
Transition: The process of aligning ones gender expression with ones gender identity.
